■All day, Cycling (80km)
■Afternoon, take lunch at old Buddhist temple in Barshikali indigenous people's village During rest time,cyclists have time to communicate with young trainee monks and students of elementary school which establish together within temple. ■Evening, Cultural Exchange Event with the local people in the Harbang indigenous people's village over dinner All participants join an impressive cultural exchange event. Participants are not only showed traditional dance&song from village people but also cyclists from each country shows something traditional of their country. Please enjoy an interactive cultural festival. |

Cycle through simple and beautiful countryside with limited traffic. Please enjoy all the discovery and communications with the local animals and the people in the villages where hardly any non Bangladesh people visit. ■Afternoon, Take a boat to Cox Bazar
Cyclists take a traditional Bangladeshi big boat made by wood and move to Cox's Bazar boat. And stay overnight at Cox's Bazar beach; the longest beach of the world. Please enjoy beautiful sunset! |

■Morning, Clean up competition at the main beach
Campaign for rubbish collection is going to be held as a team competition. Cox Bazar is famous for a touristy resort yet a place suffering from serious disposal problems Cyclists are considered to be new cool people there, these cyclists, the “change maker of Bangladesh” collecting rubbish at the beach is one way to express concerns and their challenges to the local people. ■Afternoon, Cycling (50km)
■Evening, Farewell party with seafood BBQ In the last evening, the BBQ party is to be held to enjoy the goal. Please enjoy the fresh seafoods at the big seaport city, Cox Bazar. |

-The content and the order of schedule is subject to change without notice due to conditions of airlines, local public transports, places for visit.
-The lodges are hotel, guesthouse, home stay or comping using tent and are to be shared with other participants.
Female and Male participants will be in the separate rooms.
-Hotel facility may only provide with shower, no bath tab. In some hotels, hot water may not be stalely available.
-As for beds, there are cases that you might have to share a double bed with the other participants as a humber of rooms with twin beds are limited.
-When sharing a room, the second bed can be extra bed or couch bed. -If you wish to have a single room to yourself, it might be available for extra charge, Please ask for the information

Regulations for Participation
Entry qualifications

1. You must be healthy aged 12 or over and have the will and physical strength which can ride the whole distance of this program.
2. You must consent the participating agreement which Cog-way Cycling and Culture Exchange Association (hereafter the “Organizer”) defined. * If you are less than 18 years old, parent's consent is necessary. * Organizer reserves the right to cancel participation if and when Organizer finds such participant should not be allowed to participate this event. |
Entry Requirements
|
1. I participate with sufficient preparations without any cardiac disease, an illness, etc.
I take all responsibility for my own physical condition, an accident, loss, etc. In addition, I fully acknowledge that the local infrastructure may not be fully serviced or maintained. 2. I understand and follow all the agreements and rules which Organizer prepared. And I resolve any accidents which may occur during this event and the incidental event in my responsibility and nearby consent the Organizer, an administrator, and other participants and persons concerned will not be held liable for any damages. 3. I would check and maintain a bicycle in my responsibility every day, and if I find defect before and during riding, I would repair it immediately. If I cannot maintain it by myself, I would notify the management staff. 4. I keep the traffic regulations and rules of Bangladesh during this event. 5. When Organizer judges that I should stop ridding, I follow directions. In addition, I follow the directions of Organizer's safety control and event management. 6. I understand the characteristic and danger of this event, and the safety control and medical procedures by Organizer may have limitation. I manage safety, condition, and equipment under my responsibility. 7. I will buy overseas travel accident insurance in advance under my responsibility in order to fill up the loss by the accident, sickness and wound, etc. and the compensation liability at the time of inflicting damage on others in the accident under participation during this event. I will compensate any accidents and injury by the said insurance, and not to pursue the liability to Organizer. 8. I swear not to pursue any liability to Organizer, other participants, and general visitor for any breakage of individual possessions and goods during this event and an incidental event. 9. I do not have any objection if Organizer makes stop or change the event because of the unavoidable reasons such as strong wind, heavy rain, earthquake and tsunami, and other natural disasters, aggravation of social situations, such as crime, civil war and war, and others. 10. I agree that the refund of participation fees would be treated by cancellation policy if I make any changes for my entry, my participation or any event set out in the above paragraph 9 occurs. 11. I agree that Organizer may use my name, photograph, moving image, website, printed items, and official SNS account of the event, and post event advertising. 12. All the items of the application documents and the registered entry information about this event which I submitted to Organizer are true. 13. I agree that personal information which Organizer and interested organization obtained during this event is to be used for guidance of event, participating guidance, the notice of record, the notice of relevant information and information for next event, offer of the service from event support, and an interested organization, record announcement, etc. 14. I notify Organizer when I cannot participate in the event and wish to transfer the right for participation in event to a third person. 15. If I am less than 18 years old, I will obtain parent's consent. 16. I agree that Organizer manages and uses about the personal information offered in this event in accordance with privacy policy. In case of any dispute between Organizer and a participant regarding this entry requirement and any activity related to this event, both parties shall exert their best endeavors to settle the same in a fair and amicable way in the spirit of mutual cooperation and concession. And the applicable law shall be the laws of Japan and the Tokyo district Court shall have the exclusive primary jurisdiction. |

Notice
|
・This event is not a race which competes for ranking or time. Since Organizer does not provide with any traffic restriction specific for this event, please therefore keep traffic regulations, and ride left-hand side (there is some part that ride along a sidewalk) carefully.
・You must wear gloves and a helmet. ・You must not ride double on a bicycle. The bicycle we provide is for single person use. ・You must follow directions of the management staff during the participating this event. ・You must check the riding course map in advance. ・The management staff will be standing randomly at places which you may be difficult for participants to follow throughout. If you need their help, ask them. ・Organizer may reserves the right to cancel participation if and when the Organizer finds such participant should not be allowed to participate this event. ・If you want to retire, contact the management staff and travel on support vehicles (bus, track). |
Vehicles regulation
|
・In consideration of customs clearance, theft risk and the safety of carriage in Bangladesh, you must not bring your own bicycle, use the rental bicycle from the specified company Organizer designates.
・Since there is rough road, the bicycle to be provided is a mountain bike, not a road bike. ・The fee of the rental bicycle is included in these event participation fees. ・You must consent to rental bicycle user policy, prior to the entry for this event. |
Required language skills

Conversation English communication skills are required.
Guidance during the event will be given mostly in English. |
Dress code
|
Special Notice for female cyclists: Clothes such as shorts, mini skirts, tank top, revealing skin should be avoided since Bangladesh is a Muslim country.

Handling of personal information
|
Organizer may use the personal information only for the purpose to this event and post event.
Moreover, Organizer follows the privacy policy which each defines, and uses and manages personal information. |
